*Position:** **Performance Tester* *Location:** Gaithersburg, MD*** *Duration:** 3 Months* *Rate:** $30/hour* *Job Duties/Responsibilities: * - Develop performance Test Plan for Load and Performance testing - Design test data for individual test cycles - Review and maintain test cases - Develop automated test scripts using LoadRunner and execute the scripts for Load and performance testing - Monitor Database Server & Web Server using–Site Scope - Identify the performance bottlenecks and report the observations - Isolate and report and resolve system bottlenecks - Work with the QA team for Integrating and automating performance testing into routine QA test cycles - Maintain test traceability matrix - Generate weekly status reports - Record defects and work with development staff to ensure those defects are resolved - Take ownership of defects in IBM ClearQuest, found during performance testing and work closely with developers to resolve them - Determine and monitor test coverage and prioritization needs for the test cycle *MANDATORY:* - At least 3-5 years experience with performance testing - Experience in implementation of Performance test plan - Ability to analyze the system architecture, application functionality and identify the scenarios for load testing and develop Load Scenarios. *Following skills would be a “PLUS”:* - Experience working in Medicare or Medicaid or Healthcare industry - Experience with other load and performance testing tools. *If you have any question please feel free to call me on my below mention number or if you are not able to reach me please suite a mail I will be happy to talk you.* * * *__* *With Regards,** **Kamal Pandey** *Technical Recruiter *Ask IT Consulting** *You Ask, We Deliver!
