This role may require some after hours work but will not be part of the 24x7 on call support rotation. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, detailed and process orientated and possess excellent communication skills. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of WebSphere middleware messaging environment and have strong UNIX Shell scripting experience. 2+ years of UNIX Shell scripting 2+ years supporting a WebSphere 24x7 enterprise environment Middleware messaging development and/or support background Working knowledge of UNIX (AIX) operating environment Familiarity with basic system administration tools -- Mark Syscom Technologies, Inc.
