Requirement description:*
*Role and Responsibilities
*· Provide training to client users on all system components
· Provide support for initial and ongoing deployments
· Act as liaison between client and product IT groups for implementations
· Communicate platform changes to the user community
· Assist client users in use of the system:
· Provide front-line support to client end user community
· Escalate technical issues to product IT and manage expectations around
resolution
· Field and address usage inquiries
· Member of the Production Services group
· NYC-based role, reporting to Chicago-based Head of Prod Svcs
· Primary responsibility to support a multi-year engagement with a major
client, opportunities to work with other eGlue clients
*Qualifications* *:* * *
· Knowledge of data structures, specific knowledge of SQL Server and Sybase
preferred
· Conversant in SQL, especially joins
· Prior experience with reporting platforms, e.g. Crystal Reports, Business
Objects
· Prior client-facing roles, preferably in financial industry
