* * * * * * *Position: ADOBE FLEX DEVELOPER * *Length: 6 months* *Location: IN-INDIANAPOLIS* * * In addition to using Action Script 3 to build customized Flex applications, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and proven implementation of OOP best practices while working in a multi-tiered design and development environment. He or she will work on a collaborative team to develop rich Internet applications with a strong focus on user interface development and user experience. *Responsibilities* A successful candidate will take direction from managers and technical leads, provide estimates, communicate issues and help provide creative solutions to technical problems. He or she will take the initiative to stay on top of developments to the Flex platform and prove a willingness to strive to expand his or her skill set. The ideal candidate will be expected to work flexibly in small or large teams and to provide code consistent with t he standards set by technical leads.
