· Ability to lead a team.
· Proven record of design, implementation of ePerformance in PeopleSoft.
· Experience in HR and ePerformance.
· Deep knowledge of ePerformance functionality, roles, templates, and
underlying tables.
· Familiarity with new ePerformance functionality introduced in HCM 9.1.
· Experience with process design a plus.
· Expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, App Engine, XML Publisher.
