Job Title: Siebel Business Analyst / Siebel Lead Business Analyst Number of Positions: 2 Location: Morrisville, NC Duration: 6 Months Job Description: * As a Siebel Business Analyst you may participate in and/or be responsible for the following types of tasks associated with Siebel initiatives: Process definition and design Requirements definition and mapping Test scenario definition and script development. * Leadership of test execution for your functional area. * Contribute to training development in this role you will frequently work with client representatives and technical teams in developing solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization. Desired Skills: Individuals being considered for this position must have the following skills: * Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills Foundational presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable facilitating at least small group discussions. Consulting/client facing background. * Outstanding teamwork skills. * Keen attention to detail. * Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities. * Outstanding academic achievement with a strong record of extracurricular activity and leadership. * At least 2 years of Siebel implementation experience (7.5 or greater preferred). * Participation in each phase of at least one full Siebel lifecycle implementation. * Functional configuration and/or design experience in one or more Siebel suite of products (SSA, Call Center, etc.). * Siebel Business Analyst certification (7.0 or greater). * Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Thanks & Regards Arogya Reddy Pyramid Consulting, Inc.
