The following is a must have expertise and will do reference check from the clients the contractor worked for. 1) TFS Installation and Configuration expertise. At-least should have done one one or two hands on implementation of TFS from grounds up. 2) Should have done the configuration for Continuous Integration with TFS. 3) Expertise in implementing custom build process. Implementing the build servers and scripting for automated build and release process. 4) Hands of expertise in TFS installation, migrating existing data from current TFS to the new TFS installation. 5) Knowledge of SQL Server and Windows AD which is a must for TFS implementation. 6) Good communication , written and oral and expertise in creating implemenation plan. 7) Advice the client in best practices in Build and Release process. Come up with a plan for automated release process
