He will do a phone interview and if the candidate passes, they will be called in for a f2f the next day. *Requirements:* · ½ of the positions will need Java development skills · All of the position require heavy PL/SQL and extensive Unix/Unix commands experience – Shell Scripting is not a requirement · Any tools? Manager did not specify any tools but selenium would be a nice to have · What were previous candidates lacking?
