Position: Oracle DBA
Location: Syracuse, NY
Duration: 3 Months
Job Requirement:
a.. Must have 4-10 years experience in a Database Architecture/Administration
role where candidate has acted in a lead capacity.
b.. Able to lead facilitated sessions with business and technology
representatives in order to design and/or modify various data warehouse models.
c.. Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership around data warehouse
data structures Strong business and communication skills.
d.. Able to communicate in business terms and turn requirements into
applicable data structures
e.. Must have solid understanding of relational database design fundamentals
Extensive experience in creating data models in a large scale data warehousing
environment.
f.. Must have an excellent working knowledge of MySQL.
g.. Oracle and MSSQL is also preferred.
h.. Required Linux
i.. Preferred DBA (Database Administrator) Expert
j.. Required MS SQL Server 7.0
k.. Preferred Solaris
l.. Preferred Oracle
