Requires 7+ years IT experience including: - Strong hands-on JAVA/J2EE development experience - Strong Web Services development experience - Experience with SOA architecture/Design skills on a J2EE platform. - Experience with key enterprise integration design patterns - Experience working with various design tools to produce architecture and design artifacts -Experience with performance testing/monitoring and tuning Java applications on weblogic/Tomcat platform. - Ability to solve problems and grasp concepts quickly. - Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills - Experience working with key SOA & ROA patterns is a plus. - Experience working with AXIS2, Apache Camel, or ESB products is a plus.
