Position: ILOG JRules Developer
Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: 3+ months
Job Requirement:
a.. The Integration Developer (ID) is responsible for successful
implementation of systems integration initiatives.
b.. The ID will be responsible for technology design, build, test &
deployment efforts for various SOA tools & technology solutions.
c.. This individual provides hands-on technical implementation of solutions.
d.. The ID will work with a Solution Architect to define the integration
solution architecture and designs that, together with the function
specification, form the overall specifications of the solution
e.. The ID is responsible for ensuring the solution's implementation
architecture adheres to Enterprise Architecture SOA standards and best
practices.
f.. A model-driven design process is recommended: Conceptual design, logical
design, and physical design.
g.. Logical and physical designs require knowledge of relevant technology and
the impact of technology choices on the design of a solution.
h.. Implement integration solutions to meet business requirements and
enterprise standards.
i.. Contribute subject matter expertise by coaching members of project teams
and/or Business Unit teams.
Required:
a.. Bachelor Science-Computer Science degree.
b.. 10+ years of proven experience architecting large complex IT projects.
c.. 3+ years J2EE application development experience.
d.. 5+ years with ILOG JRules is required.
e.. WebSphere MQ / Message Broker, WebSphere Process Server experience is a
plus.
f.. 5+ years Sybase, DB2 experience.
g.. 3+ years experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
h.. 3+ years experience in Web Services development with familiarity with
standards such as SOAP, REST, WS-Security, etc.
i.. Broad knowledge of IT systems.
j.. Ability to plan and execute work with minimal supervision.
k.. Excellent communication and writing skills, with ability to frame change
message and facilitate discussion.
l.. Innovative thinker to coordinate many facets of technology.
m.. Ability to deal with ambiguity. Desired but not required: Healthcare
Payor business experience, Facets including FXI Web Services and DB Schemas,
Sybase Stored Procedures
