Ability to clearly define data requirements to the ETL development, Functional, and Testing teams based on business requirements. Ability to partner with a Business Analyst to understand the Business Requirements. Ability to create logical data model definitions based on the Business Rules produced. Ability to develop source to target business rule mappings for the ETL development team. Ability to articulate thoughts clearly in writing and during presentations. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the development team, management, business users, other IT systems owners, and DA/DBA groups.
