Position: QA/manual testing
Location: Franklin TN
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Requirement:
a.. Prior Pharmacy experience
b.. A Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent work
experience.
c.. 5+ years experience performing software quality assurance testing.
d.. Solid understanding of black-box, functional, system, regression and user
acceptance testing.
e.. Demonstrable experience designing and executing comprehensive test cases
and test plans
f.. Experience documenting defects with systems, and assisting with root
cause analysis of complex testing / technical issues.
g.. Strong knowledge and experience with performing functional/regression
testing, verifying functionality matches the specifications of the functional
equirements.
h.. Familiarity with QA processes and methodologies including participation
in requirements sessions, use case reviews, design meetings, QA task planning,
work effort estimations and risk mitigation skills.
i.. Ability to communicate clearly in writing, by phone, and in person
j.. Proven track record to work independently as well as across product teams
k.. Must have a "can do" attitude.
Pluses:
a.. US Healthcare experience or Medicaid program policy knowledge.
b.. Solid understanding of white-box, performance and automated testing.
c.. Proven ability to perform comprehensive data integrity testing.
d.. Ability to Write test plans to control the scope and risks for a release.
e.. Experience developing and executing automated test suites
f.. Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues
g.. Experience with QualityCenter and Rational tools
h.. Knowledge of CMMI life cycle methodologies.
i.. Intermediate SQL skills
