Description: The position provides analytical support of the Retail RecordKeeping environment that service our internal and external customers. The applications that access our RecordKeeping Data are used in support of critical business functions. (Justification for this request: workload justifies position, due to continually increasing demand related to tickets, transitioned activities, and support of increasing project work. We are looking to replace current consultant with a more experienced business analyst to help meet this increase in demand at greater efficiency. If position is not backfilled availability to support projects would be impacted, it would also increase our time to transition new processes, and would increase ticket queue's resulting in missed service levels.) Ensures a stable production environment by proactive system monitoring, investigating new methods of proactive application support and collaborating with resources across the enterprise and vendors for recommendations and solutions on optimization and efficiencies. Provides off hours support, resolves production problems as they arise, assists with projects as assigned, and stays abreast of industry best practices related to application support.
