Title: SAP Consultant: PP-PI Job Description: Applications Design and Development is responsible for designing, implementing and supporting applications, systems and IT products required to enable Cardinal's business objectives. Qualifications . Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field preferred or equivalent work experience . Minimum 5 years of Technical architectural experience around the PI/XI area of SAP. . 10+ years in IT roles related to application development, security, systems integration, data conversion and support. . XI/PI configuration and post installation knowledge to communicate with BASIS team . Strong experience with SAP Integration technologies (ALE/BAPI/Proxy) and adapters (Http, JDBC etc) . Experience with Advanced Adapter Engine; JMS, File Adapters . Experience with identify and configure SAP PI content . Experience with ItemField is a plus . Working knowledge of SAP ESR design time and run time governance . Knowledge of SAP PI and IBM Integration technology interoperability is a plus . Experience with architecture and prototyping of different Net weaver products is strongly desired . Excellent analytical & communications skills What is expected of you for success in your role . Requires a keen understanding of a broad variety of Integration techniques, patterns, tools and methodologies and the appropriate application of such to efficiently integrate a wide variety of Enterprise Applications. . Demonstrate the ability to work in a heterogeneous environment, related to both software platform and organizational distribution. . Requires working knowledge of organization stated technology standards, procedures and methods . Requires familiarity with multiple development methodologies .
