Description:
Develops & implements procedures for maintaining and or enhancing the
integrity of systems applications. Ensures the existence of development and
service standards. Ensures that requirements are clearly defined and
testable. Responsible for the creation and execution of detailed test plans
and scripts to verify software functionality and adherence to business
requirements. Execution of scripts will include progress reporting, defect
tracking and risk assessments. May be responsible for the maintenance,
training, and information communications for tools used to support the
product development process.
Responsibilities:
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between the Technology build team and Wealth Management
mortgage and credit origination business users
- Document test plans/scripts, ensuring that requirements can be easily
translated/mapped into test scripts
- Develop and execute system integration test scripts and ensure the testing
results correspond to the business expectations
- Document detailed functional specifications, working with the business to
analyze business requirements, provide technical expertise and produce
functional design
- Track and manage issue, risks, action items and plan deliverable
responsibilities for Mortgage and Credit account origination projects
- Work with other business analysts and the technology build team to design
and implement technology solutions for the mortgage and credit account
opening processes
Skills:
- LoadRunner experience (scripting, parameterization, scenario
building, test execution, results analysis)
- Performance test experience
- Identification of bottlenecks
- Application tuning
- Experience with E-to-E software development life cycle
- Non-functional requirements gathering
- Detailed test plan documentation experience
- Technical writing experience
- Familiarity with C++
