Title: Senior Level Siebel Administrator Location: Upper Saddle City, NJ Duration: 6 Months US CITIZEN, GREEN CARD, CANADIAN TN VISA, OR THE MID TO LATE STAGES OF EAD Skills Needed- Siebel Remote Siebel Tools AIX Siebel Anywhere EIM Data Loads Oracle PL/SQL Siebel Order Management and Pricing Required: • The client is looking for a resource with substantial experience as an administrator of Siebel environments, particularly the components involved with Siebel Remote running on AIX servers. • Understanding how to support Transaction Processing and Synchronization components will be important, as will the ability to use Siebel Anywhere to distribute client updates, and knowledge of how to examine and troubleshoot the transaction tables. • Since legacy systems will be retired during the project rollout, it is likely that the resource should have experience with EIM data loads, and will probably require SQL-writing ability to perform ad hoc queries in the client's Oracle database. • Some development experience with Siebel Tools would be useful, since this position will provide Tier 3 support for the application. • Specific experience with sales force territory alignment, the Order module, and Pricing would be valuable in understanding the business processes. It is also possible that this resource will be asked to contribute in architectural and integration decisions. For this reason, technologies that were mentioned as "nice-to-haves" (Plusses) include Trillium, Documentum, Haley's Rules, and OBIEE reporting.
