System,Integration and Usability testing of UMTS/CDMA mobile handset applications. 2. UMTS/CDMA handset protocol conformance and field testing Responsible for the verification of any or all of UMTS/CDMA mobile phone platforms in internal conformance test lab according to 3GPP requirements. This activity includes: - Conformance testing of mobile phone platforms by means of comprehensive Radio Communication Test equipment of major vendors with focus on 3GPP UMTS protocol (Rel-6, Rel-7 and beyond) and Physical Layer testing - Definition of new test scenarios, and implementation of these on the Test equipment - Analysis of failure cases by using powerful trace tools for mobile phone devices and test environment - Problem reporting into issue tracking system - Close interaction with SW development, test system vendors and customers - Management of test results in conformance test database and generation of test status reports to system project management and line management - Monitoring of standards concerning new 3GPP functionalities and test validation of commercial test suites Customer intrview only for few senior resources.
