Conduct domain trainings for the development team on various business functions Skills, Job Requirements: Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. Experience in Personal and Commercial lines. Should have thorough understanding of the entire Insurance value chain. Experience in claims & analytics area and any product experience will be highly preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in conducting requirement gathering workshop involving senior stakeholders. Experience in structured requirement gather, analysis & documentation.. Experience of Requirements capture using UseCases.
