Job Title: QA Analyst with 8 - 10 years Job Length: 6+ Months
Location: Lexington, MA Job Description: Must Haves: - 8-10 years of QA experience specifically writing test scripts and developing test plans and cases - At least three years of recent healthcare experience - Experience providing project management to teams of at least 20 or more - Experience coordinating QA activities, writing and reviewing test plans, and allocating resources and assigning tasks for QA projects. Plusses: -Clinical application experience Day to Day: The qualified candidate will direct the Quality Assurance testing program to include resource management, risk management and reporting of team efforts towards assigned and unassigned efforts. He or she will also direct and supervise the work of the Quality Assurance Engineers providing informal feedback throughout the year as well as formal feedback during the annual Performance Evaluation process and support all IT applications development teams and any additional identified external developmental efforts. Other responsibilities include developing, designing, planning and scripting testing scenarios, scheduling and executing test scripts and reporting on test results. He or she will be the liaison with Development, Database and Business Leads to provide services to support the integrity and migration of the application code base.
