****************DIRECT CLIENT ************* ********IMMEDIATE NEED *********** ONLY FOR FULLTIME HIRE LOCATION: SAN ANTONIO, TX *Business Architect and Business Consulting Principal* - Client is a leading IT Services organization and it provides services across the entire IT Services value spectrum including Business Process Redesign, IT Consulting Services and IT Implementation / Management Services. - It is expanding its team of Business Consulting thought leaders in US and is looking for a person with rich experience in Business Process Consulting and Business Architecture discipline with focused experience in Customer facing processes, Financial Services and e-Business. In addition to Consulting delivery, candidate should have also worked in business development and pre-sales roles and should be able to independently engage with customers. Prior experience of working with a global IT system integrator would help. - Consultant should have good contacts in the industry and should be a thought leader in above areas with demonstrated experience. - If Consultant also carries implementation experience in addition to the consulting experience that would certainly help. Role - Consultant will be working with one or multiple accounts and will be responsible for developing consulting business by working closely with the Client account management team and customer leadership team. - Consultant will need to proactively develop value propositions and will need to develop proposals. - Consultant will be expected to write whitepapers and participate in the seminars and conferences. - Consultant will need to provide oversight of the delivery assignments and will be responsible for customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Consultant should ideally be an MBA with about 10 to 15 years of total experience, out of which last 4 to 5 years should be in consulting, leading customer engagements and business development efforts. - Customer should have excellent communication and relationship building skills.
