POSITION TITLE* - Senior ABAP Developer ESTIMATED END DATE/DURATION* - approximately 3-4 months
JOB DESCRIPTION* - The consultant will supplement development staff by working with project teams and individuals to review, design, develop and test program requirements. If Pactiv has not created technical specifications, the consultant will be required to create the technical specifications. The consultant will create programs, tables and/or reports,* IDOCs, w**orkflows and SmartForms,* based on these documented specifications and perform unit testing when appropriate. Technical documentation must be produced to facilitate on-going and future support activities for the programs created or modified by the consultant. The consultant will adhere to Pactiv’s change management procedures to promote new or revised code. EXPERIENCE - 7 plus years of ABAP development experience SKILLS Ability to work independently and collaboratively SAP 4.7 development experience working with BAPIs, BDC, IDOC, ALE. Knowledge of one or more of the following: FI/CO, MM, PP or SD. Experience with dialog programming and SAP Workflow development. Experience with SMART Forms and conversion of SAP Script to SMART forms Experience with ABAP Objects and BADIs Functional knowledge (needed to code not to do config) is a plus. SAP upgrade project experience to ECC 6 is a plus Adhere to Pactiv’s Change Management policies and ABAP Development Standards. WORK LOCATION* - Lake Forest, IL
