IN PERSON INTERVIEW IS A MUST!!! * * *Minimum Qualifications* Four years of full-time work experience in automated systems development and/or maintenance, which included assisting/training individuals or groups of system users; identifying and analyzing systems problems and/or implementing and converting systems *or* six years of full-time professional level work experience in systems analysis which required competencies in the application of business or program functions associated with the storage, accessing, and/or retrieval of information in manual or automated data systems, information analysis, and report generation. Three years experience as a lead worker or business analyst or equivalent in an appropriate programmatic area with knowledge of state agency operations. Knowledge and understanding of multiple user systems health programs knowledge and understanding of methodologies used in defining project goals, requirements, and specifications (e.g., Rational Unified Process, Object Oriented Approach, and/or UML); possession and application of skills in facilitation, problem solving and decision making; and highly developed competencies in customer service and interpersonal and analytical skills. *Preferred Qualifications* Preference will be give to applicants who, in addition to meeting the above requirements, possess one or more of the following: *Preference will be given to applicants who in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications above possess any of the following:* - Experience beyond the minimum requirements working with use cases and system development methodologies (e.g. Iterative Development) - Competencies in analyzing business needs and producing business requirements, working closely with business users, and working closely with system development staff - Experience in analyzing system operations, identifying problems, and ensuring their correction - Experience with user acceptance testing - Knowledge of state agency operations related to risk management and public health - Experienced with MS Office Suite including MS Project and VISIO - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field ** In order to apply for this position please send over your updated resume along with 3 professional references and let me know the best time to call you.
