Technical Skills:
o Demonstrated track record of strong UI development capabilities.
o Object Oriented analysis and design techniques .
o Good Experience in JSP and Servlet Development , JSF, Spring
Framework and Facelets.
o Experience on J2EE development ,JPROBE ,Rational Tool Suite
(RAD/Eclipse) .
o Required Maven, Subversion, Nexus, Hudson Tool sets
o WebSphere Application Server & associated tools (WSAD)
o JUNIT , Java script ,XML , Windows NT .
o Microsoft Office Suite
o VISIO
o Strong Unix development skills (Solaris)
Other Competencies:
o Five years developer or systems analyst experience
o Three years developing User Interface JAVA applications in a J2EE
based application server development environment
o Strong, demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills
o Strong planning and organizational skills
o Strong written and oral communication skills
o Ability to work out of hours when needed, including weekends and
evenings
o Ability to lead small team on separate components or deliverables
associated with projects /tool and trans
