* * *Location: Montvale NJ* *Duration: 12 months plus* * * *Face to face interview is must after telephonic* * * *Job Description for Technical Team Lead, Message Broker Specialist * • Total of 10 years of IT experience preferred. • Minimum 5-7 years of IBM WMB (Websphere Message Broker) experience specifically with message integrations using IBM WMQ and JMS. IBM WMB Technical Certification is a plus. • Provide technical direction for a team of developers tasked with creating stable, predictable and effective Message Broker components • Design, develop, maintain and enhance Message Broker components and tools required to provide stable environment • Strong foundation in Web Services • Strong understanding of SOA, Integration Concepts – atleast 2 years of experience • Must be capable to develop POCs(proof of concept), if required • Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering or other technical field required or equivalent work experience ? • Strong analysis, communication and writing skills are absolutely essential. • Linux platform experience required (3-4 years of experience). • Must be capable of Leading the development team and help them in solving design\coding challenges. ** *The candidate will lead a small team in the migration of a Legacy system to Websphere Message Broker. * *This person will be expected to act as a mentor to the other team members, therefore interpersonal relationships are very important. * * The candidate must be well versed in Websphere Message Broker and the Broker Toolkit. * *Responsibilities * Lead the design of new message flows using the Broker Toolkit Technical/Functional: Implement the message flows and assist in configuring the environment Mentoring/Teaching: Mentor and teach other members of the group.
