Client is looking for someone who can run the complete life cycle of the project starting from requirement gathering from the external clients. 2. The consultant should have very strong experience in Informatica Coding but more critical is that the person should have strong business analysis skills and must have logical reasoning skills. 3. Manager has been facing problem with consultants not understanding his questions. 4. Also Architect level experience might help. 5. Communication skills are highly critical for this role. 6. Must have experience with multiple data feeds including SQL Server, Mainframes, etc. 7. Excellent receptive and expressive verbal communication skills (ILR Level 4+ or better). 8. Excellent written communication skills. 9. Excellent interpersonal skills. 10. *5 years of development experience with Informatica Power Center and Power Exchange.* 11. 3 years of requirements definition and business analysis experience. 12. Track record of accurate work estimation and on time, on budget project completion. 13. *Minimum 3 years SQL experience.* 14. Minimum 3 years Oracle experience. 15. *Minimum 1 year Unix scripting experience.* 16. Complex logical reasoning skills. 17. Highly accurate and detail oriented. 18. Able to stay on trask in potentially distracting, dynamic group setting. 19. Readily accepts direction 20. Flexible hours (evening and weekend work may be required at times). *Preferred Skills:* 1. Knowledge of *health care claims and membership data.* 2. Experience reading and translating logic from SQL Server DTC, stored procedures and functions into Informatica design. 3. Experience reading and translating logic from mainframe JCL, Cobol to Informatica design. 4. Education: Bachelor's degree.
