*Description**:*
*As a SAN Storage Administrator within the North America SAN Resource
Planning and Provisioning Team, you will be responsible for supporting the
capacity and provisioning of Distributed SAN Storage Array's and Networks
throughout the North America region. The team consists of ten people across
five sites in the United States, which interface with other peer teams in
the storage environment. In addition, the members of the team perform
level two support for a large Systems Administrator organization whose
servers reside within the SAN environment. Furthermore, the team interfaces
with Storage vendors in regards to operational support. Finally, the team
will periodically interface with business partners in regards to general
inquiries about storage.***

*Job Responsibilities:***
*SAN Storage Administrator - the main responsibility of the role is to
perform operational support, capacity management, and provisioning of the
SAN environment for Citigroup. This will include problem
diagnostics/resolution, storage request processing, and continuity of
business functions as it relates to the SAN environment. From a day to day
relationships perspective, the person will have to interact with team
members both locally and remotely, work with vendors for problem resolution,
with Systems Administrators for storage problem diagnosing, and with peer
Distributed Storage team on issues and new hardware deployments.*

*Qualifications*
*Qualifications include but are not limited to:***
- *Four year degree or equivalent technical/professional experience.** *
- *5+ years experience working in the SAN Environment. ***
- *Experience working with EMC Symmetrix environment.** *
- *Experience working with EMC SRDF and Timefinder.** *
- *Experience working with Cisco SAN Switches. *
- *Experience working with McData SAN Switches.***
- *Experience working with Hitach Tagma Storage. ** *
- *Experience working with Thin provisioning is a plus. ** *
- *Experience working EMC Clariion is a plus.** *
- *Good documentation skills required.** *
- *Very good interpersonal and communication skills required.** *
- *Very good problem solving skills required** *
