*Job Title: SAP BI/DW Lead * *Location: West Chester, PA* *Duration: 6-12 Months * *Rate: Open for right candidate * * * *We need an EAD, Green Card Holder or US Citizen.* *Locals highly preferred!!* *Overall Responsibilities:* Responsible for determining the global BI/DW strategy and leading the technical aspects of the planning, design and delivery of SAP BI solutions, interfaces, conversions and hardware/ software oversight. Direct reports will include the BI team members. Individual will work closely with the process team leads and process owners’ council to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions deployed are in support of the business process goals and objectives. *Position Duties & Responsibilities:* - Drive the global BI/DW strategy and lead/architect a BI/DW solution - Ability to drive BI/DW requirements gathering and work with Business leaders and senior client staff to successfully guide and implement the BI solution - Provide leadership to the BI team members - Manage scope, schedule resources and monitor deliverable progress within the team - Communicate status and progress to the Business Solutions Leads - Ensure standardization and consistency of deliverables within the team - Obtain buy-in from both the business process owners and end users - Obtain process sign-off from the business process owners - Coordinate the development and documentation of the business process design - Coordinate and conduct workshops and presentations to validate business processes and solutions with the end user community - Contribute to the definition of organization design - Identify, resolve and escalate issues in a proactive manner - Provide support to the team in developing, executing and tracking integration tests - Support the training team in development of end-user training material - Coach and counsel team members - Facilitate regular team meetings and communication sessions - Coordinate post-implementation production support - Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times. - Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer. - Promote and nurture the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and compliance, and actively support our compliance program-related initiatives and activities. - Consistently enforce employee compliance, including attendance at training programs, and promptly report any non-compliance to the Chief Compliance Officer. *Professional Experience Requirements:* - The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of hands-on experience using SAP's Business Warehouse in areas such as: Extractors for master data and transaction data, PSAs, DSOs, InfoCubes, InfoQueries, InfoSets, ABAP/4, - BEx reporting and/or experience with Business Object tools such as Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence, Explorer, Voyager. - Experience leading BI system development for at least 3 ERP implementations. - Strong functional and technical background with reporting and data modeling. - Knowledge of different modules in SAP (MM, FI, SD etc) including translating requirements from these modules to BI reports. - 3 to 5 years experience leading / managing a team of 3 to 5 individuals. - Candidates must have experience leading a global rollout of SAP. - Big 4 experience is a huge plus *Educational Requirements:* - BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience in application development or database administration - MBA or Masters degree preferred but not required *Other Requirements:* - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Must be highly organized, creative, articulate, analytical and driven. - Must have solid understanding of SAP’s ASAP methodology - Domestic and International travel up to 30%. -- Neo Sr. Technical Recruiter 3 L’Amour CT, Dayton,New Jersey – 08810 | P: 201-204-3883 | F: 201-603-1326 | Web: www.augustuss.com Yahoo IM: [email protected] | [email protected]
