*Position: FileNet Image Services Administrator.* *Location: Greenville, NC.* *Duration: 3-6 Months.* *Job Description* * FileNet Certified Professional (FCP) * Experienced in FileNet Panagon Image Services, Web Services, IDM Desktop, Rightfax * Knowledge of Windows SQL Server or/and Oracle database * FileNet MSAR and Netapp Snaplock knowledge * Experienced in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (server and desktop) * Experienced in Microsoft .Net development languages. * Team oriented with the ability to work and communicate effectively * Capable of working independently and on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision * Business Analyst skill a plus. * Innovative thinker *Responsibilities:* * Production Support for FileNet and EDM platforms. * Experience with IBM PMR process and management * Monitor and analyze FileNet and EDM platforms. * User and FileNet System Administration. * Knowledge of User/Group Security Administration * Troubleshoot research and identify system deficiencies and defects. * Application deployments * Support of Infrastructure initiatives around lifecycle Management and enablement. * Filenet software and patch upgrades/deployments * Support Application development via Administration. * FileNet Performance tuning * Propose FileNet platform enhancements based upon scalability requirements * Strategize and Streamline process for New subsidiary/organization on-boarding * Develop strategy to Migrate content from CS to IS and decommission CS * Monitor processes * Team communication and Coordination * Contribute to building COE- standards, best practice, methodologies and templates * Enhance the migration program for on-boarding new businesses * Create an Abstraction Layer for document retrieval processes * Migrate content from CS to IS and decommission CS * Online e-statements * e-Docs (process redesign) * Enhance AAW for portability to other businesses * Software Development to automate current manual processes (such as Return Mail) * Participate in innovative thinking and convert them into software projects for approvals * Re-write Migration process to enhance the accuracy of document upload * Development of Dashboard for Migration processes as well as Imaging Vendor Portal * Provide 24*7 support to any ad-hoc issue *Skill Set:* 1) FileNet: FileNet Panagon Image Services 4.x, IDM Web Services, IDM Desktop, Capture Rightfax 2) Languages: Microsoft .Net Thanks/Regards, Rahul. || IT-SCIENT || Phone: 510.972.5224 || Fax: 877.701.4872 || Email: [email protected] || Web: www.itscient.com ||
