They will also plan and prepare new retention, completion, and persistence studies as needed by the administration. They will work with a team to build the necessary project outline and then work independently to develop the report based on SAS and/or SQL and/or Excel frameworks. They must be fluent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
