*Description:*
Client is seeking a Programmer/Analyst to complete the development of a
web-based application for managing access rights with a meta-directory. This
meta-directory is used to request and grant/revoke access rights to various
applications and network resources but only indirectly. This is a
stand-alone application used to essentially store requests and work orders
that actors have to implement on other down-stream systems. There are no
interfaces between the meta-directory and these down-stream systems. Emails
and work-order queues are used to inform actors of their duties and allow
them to signify the outcome of their actions. There is an automated feed
from Human Resources that provides periodic employee status, which has
already been developed.

Proficiency in the following: ASP.NET 2.0, C# 2.0, ADO.NET, Ajax, MS SQL
Server 2005, and Visual Studio 2005. Must be an expert in MS T-SQL, SQL
Server DML/DDL. Must have developed web applications with MS SQL Server 2005
using IIS 5.0. If no MAPI must have worked on some big .Net projects with
database backends as a lead developer.
