The expectation is the Developer will bring technical expertise and consistency across multiple projects in the same space. Strong data warehouse design skills across project spectrum (Requirements, ETL, modeling, reporting and testing) Experience in the issues surrounding very large databases in the terabyte range including the options available to evaluate and propose various performance alternatives Knowledge of multiple database environments including Oracle 8i/9i, IBM DB2 on both ZOS and Unix and SQL Server and the associated challenges of a mixed environment Strong analytical & problem solving skills Strong UNIX scripting experience.
