Ability to review simple program code for adherence to standards and specifications. Ability in writing specifications for simple and medium programs. Create unit test plans for small and medium programs Technical design , POC development & module development Participates in Use Case realization, Design, Implementation & Code review during SDLC Phases *Primary Skills Required -* Document system design, development and testing strategies Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication Experience with software development best practices Excellent object oriented analysis and design patterns/techniques with emphasis on Java / J2EE technology.
