*Position:  Lotus Notes Developer*

*Length: 6 Months *

*Location:  New York*
*
 **Duties and Responsibilities: *

*Under the direction and supervision of the Application Support Unit Head*

   - *Respond to queries from users on applications currently implemented
   and the ones that are eventually deployed;*
   - *Plan the training for staff tasked with using those applications;*
   - *Assist in the evaluation, configuration and installation of new
   releases in accordance with established configuration management standards;
   *
   - *Carry out backup, restore and  database structural changes required
   during system upgrades;*
   - *Resolves, in a timely manner, tier-2 application issues and escalate
   tier-3 issues to designated focal points;*
   - *Assists in minor modification and enhancements of Lotus Notes
   Applications;*
   - *Develop and update of technical documentation and system reports;*
   - *Attend operational and other meetings, and perform other duties, as
   required*

* Qualifications:   *

   - *Completion of at least secondary school education*
   - *Good technical knowledge of Web-based software solutions with RDBMS
   back-ends and general knowledge of business applications.*
   - *Demonstrated knowledge of and work experience in Lotus Notes database
   Release 6/7/8 and MS SQL 2000/2005*
   - *Familiarity with programming and trouble shooting in Lotus Notes
   database and T-SQL queries*
   - *Familiarity with .NET Framework (C#, **ASP.NET*

   *
   - *Good organizational and interpersonal skills.*
   - *Ability to work in a team of diverse skills and cultures.*
   - *Excellent written and verbal communication skills.*
