Note: This is not a simple BA position, must required a Business Analyst with all the required skills mentioned below Position: Technical BA Location: Harrisburg, PA Duration: 6-12 Months Position Description: The primary function of this position is to support the implementation and rollout of a comprehensive TMS (Transportation Management System) solution within TE. This position offers both analytical and development opportunities. Responsibilities Include: § Become proficient at all TMS related processes (SAP outbound, Inbound, TMS Planning, Tariff loading/Tariff maintenance, master data loads, etc.) § Design and prepare functional and technical specifications for custom built analytical and/or operational functions and reports. § Develop, test, document, implement, and maintain the application (Including, but not limited to PL/SQL). § Provide TMS Rollout Support for all Regions (travel may be required) § Roll-out of developed functions to multiple organizations within TE and provide training and documentation. Position Qualifications/Competencies - Required: § Minimum 5 years of IT business process, systems analysis, and/or development experience required. § Proficiency with Oracle database; PL/SQL; SQL and related tools; minimum of 2 - 5 years experience § Strong analytical skills; ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; results oriented; must be able to work with limited supervision. § Strong technical, communication and organizational skills. § Ability to work with multiple projects and work streams at one time. Must be able to deliver results based upon project deadlines. § Experience working in a global organization a plus.
