Ability to develop implementation strategy for Order Management and Sales/Distribution processes. · Ability to lead and influence the team members to leverage the capabilities already built into the current solution. · Ability to coordinate effort among multiple plant and multiple vendor resources · Several implementations (at least 2 full life cycles) and go-live experience with personal involvement in design and actual SAP configuration of SAP SD, MM (related modules are a plus). · Ability to work with outside vendors in developing business solutions · Good presentation and communication skills – resource will be working directly with end users in the warehouse as well as plant and project management. · Ability to Understand Business Requirements and Translate Them Into Configuration and Development Requirements · Ability to Work With Developers to Clarify Requirements, Evaluate Development Approaches, and Communicate Test Results · Experience in designing and configuring SAP R/3 SD module for highly complex business scenarios for the process industry. · Good knowledge of user exits and customizing techniques – capability to design functional specification for user exit enhancement and work with developer through coding and testing. · Experience in defining complete test scenarios to cover full scope of the business as well as creating master data and carry out the unit, cycle and integration tests. · Ability to work closely with project team members to define master data requirements · Ability to train field personnel on solutions developed *Behavior Characteristics: * · KO SAP global solution experience · Process Industry, shelf life functionalities, and phased roll out approach · Experience in phased implementation of SAP while ensuring legacy systems continue to function *Skills Required / Desired Amount of Experience * SAP R/3 SD, MM - Required - 5 Years Flexibility to work extended hours - Required - 2 Years Onsite in Atlanta, preferably M-F, with ability to travel as needed - Required - 2 Years Valid passport - Required - 2 Years Commitment for long-term project involvement to ensure continuity if extend - Highly desired - 2 Years *With Regards:* A l l e x AZ Software Solutions, Inc.
