Role: Junior Business Analyst
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Duration: 6 months
Rate; $20/hr (yes, I know this is low but this is a junior role and that is
the most that the client will pay on this one)
Again, I know the rate is very low but we do not set the rates. Please try
your best and if you cannot find anyone junior on your bench at this rate I
understand.
We need a highly skilled, expert level Business Analyst who understands the
health care industry and the associated business processes - specifically,
the claims adjudication and processing systems. Blue Cross/Blue Shield
experience is prefered. This person must be a people person who works well
in a team environment and is a motivated self starter. Candidate must have
strong verbal and written communication skills. !
This person will be responsible for coordinating business requirement
sessions with our business partners, lead/facilitate detailed business
requirement sessions. Using our standard SDLC artifacts they are expected to
capture detailed business requirements with associated business rules to
include as-is and to-be process flows. In addition, they may assist the
business with analysis as needed. and capture detailed business requirements
using our standard SDLC artifacts and processes. They must have excellent
verbal and written communication skills.

. Highly skilled, expert level Business Analyst who understands the health
care industry and the associated business processes (preferable experience
with Delivery System Network & Care operations and Service functions; claims
processing processes)
. Must have strong analytical skills
. Must have the ability to facilitate JAR/JAD sessions and draw pertinent
information from our impacted business partners
. Ability to clearly identify and capture the business "what" that will
translate to detailed system requirements.
. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Must be able to capture detailed business requirements at the right level
of detail to include business process flows, business rules, scenarios, etc.
. Must be proficient with ProVision and/or Visio.
. 3+ years of Business Analyst work experience
. Knowledge of one or more of the following systems: Diamond, Quest, Siebel
or PIP
. Knowledge of claims adjudication processes and claim processing systems.
