********IMMEDIATE NEED *********** Location: King of Prussia, PA Duration: 6 months No. of positions: 4 *Job Title - Software Quality Assurance Lead* * * § Minimum Experience 6+ years Must Have Skills: § Experience in software application testing for Web - specific projects §* **Hands on experiences with Quality Center 10.0 for bug tracking systems, test design and execution* *§ **Base SQL knowledge (at a minimum)* § Well-versed in all testing methodologies (white vs. black box test work, system vs. functional) § Execute and have working knowledge for unit, smoke, system, integration, regression, user interface automated testing § Well-versed in software process methodologies § Develop and maintain test plans, manual and automated test scripts for user interface, functionality, system and "ad-hoc testing § Prepares test estimates and project schedules. Tracks and reports on progress against schedule. Drives the execution of the test schedule. Preferred Skills: § *Hands on experience with automation tool – Quick Test Professional* § Experience in eCommerce software application testing and Web - specific projects § *Having Retail Domain Expertise* § Developing and executing SQL queries *Good to Have Skills:* § Reviews requirements and specifications and provides input during requirements and specification walkthroughs § Report, track and determine priority of reported bugs § Facilitates test case design and leads test script walkthroughs. § Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues § Good leadership capabilities to lead projects to successful completion *Soft Skills* § Strong attention to detail, good communications skills, and a positive attitude § Willingness and ability to create and adapt to new technologies § Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues § Detail oriented and a problem solver § Ability to be self motivated and deliver projects on time with minimal supervision § Adheres to established standards and methodologies. *Base Educational Qualification* § Master’s / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Thanks!!
