* * *Location : NY* *Duration : 4months* *Required Skills:* · Must be a software test automation engineer strong in HP Mercury QuickTest Pro (QTP). · Must have 5+ years of direct hands-on writing of vbscript (not just record and playback). · Solid ability to use vbscript to do file access and database access. · Ability to create tests from scratch with incomplete or missing requirements. · Basic familarity with the TOAD SQL query tool. *Preferred Qualifications:** * · Experience with descriptive programming, regular expressions, test frameworks, and add-ins. · Good understanding of QA process. · Quality Center. Banking or financial services experience. · Knowledge of agile (e.g. Scrum) a plus. *Additional Qualifications** * · Understands the concepts, limitations, and work-arounds for using QTP to automate Ajax and Flex.
