Location: Redmond, WA. Duration: 7+ months Job Responsibilities: Need strong consultant with understanding of online services space and strong experience with process documentation, development, and analysis. This is a project focused on process documentation and analysis in the Online Services space. This person will work independently, directly with a client team. Must be detail oriented, and an excellent communicator and able to appropriately tailor messages to the audience. The project involves having a team review the documentation for the current processes, identify the problems with the processes, including the cost and scale limitations associated with the manual processes and helping identify what opportunities exist to redefine the processes with minimal human interaction. The team will work together, including representatives from the Business Operations and Engineering groups to evaluate the current processes, discussing/designing the new processes. The team will need to be capable of documenting the recommendations, following up with relevant parties across marketing, legal, product groups, trade to resolve blocking issues to streamlining things.
