Title: Sr. Security Architect / Manager Location: Owings Mills, MD Duration: 7 Months Job Description: Responsible for defining project scope, guidelines, and coordination of resources to execute project. In addition, the Project Manager will communicate deliverables/milestone, and will direct staff internally and/or externally to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in spec delivery of product/project. Project Managers understand a multitude of methodologies and have a strong technical background. Furthermore, they have the ability to participate in client presentations. Technical Delivery Requirements: The candidate should have significant experience managing the technical delivery of large-scale IT projects and must have achieved mastery in all aspects of project management with emphasis on the technical aspects of planning, execution and deployment. Candidate must be a quick learner who can navigate independently through multiple business and IT areas with results. Experienced in Portal and Web-based technologies especially as it pertains to integration with security infrastructure and security controls Familiarity with web services and SOA architecture and implementation Must have previous experience with IT development methodology throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Ability to communicate clearly and openly with senior management and at grass-root level Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions, in a dynamic environment Prior experience in Identity and Access Management or other security Infrastructure projects is plus Key areas of Technical delivery responsibilities: Integration of applications with Identity and Access Management infrastructure Continue to build the technical components of the Identity and Access Management infrastructure (built upon IBM Tivoli TIM, TAM, LDAP, TDI and FIM) Plan and manage the technical implementation of product fixes and other infrastructure upgrades Key project management responsibilities (but not limited to): Creation and maintenance of project plans Working with project management office to integrate the security delivery plan with the overall project plan Ensuring all plans are in Clarity (project, resource, and cost tracking tool) High and detail level task planning Daily weekly scrum or other meeting with team to track delivery progress Assignment of tasks to resources and constant follow-through to ensure timely completion of tasks Resource planning and resource allocation, including demand and utilization forecasts Managing the deliverables associated with technical architecture and design Managing the technical development phases, including coding and configuration Release management between different technical environments (such as development, test, UAT, integration, production etc) Manage testing lifecycle (all forms of testing) Coordinate all SDLC activities with other IT and business teams Manage technical/design problem resolution Thanks & Regards Monty Singh Technical Recruiter Ask IT Consulting You Ask We Deliver!
