Position: Seibel  Business Analyst

Location: WestPoint, PA

Duration: 3-6 Months

Skills:

    About 11+ years of experience

    Extensive experience in defining business process, requirements
definition and implementing Siebel Pharma application

    Extensive experience on customer relationship building and account
Mining

·         Experience in working with large customers

·         Experience in working in onsite/offshore model

·         Understand the business needs in each market/country - how each of
the international sales offices are or will be using CRM and the Business
objectives they are looking to enable.

·         Working with the country management to understand emerging needs
and new product introductions to provide effective and efficient solutions.

·         Responsible for analyzing and documenting requirements for new
functionality and conveying these to the service delivery organizations
(both internal and external).

·         Maintain awareness of the Global 'Sales Force Effectiveness' and
CRM strategies and the impact to the countries/regions of related strategic
decisions.

·         Ensures that unmet business needs are understood, surfaced, and
prioritized.

·         Works with country and regional management to prioritize projects
and enhancement requests.

·         Provide the first line of support for functional issues related to
CRM systems.

·         Develops and supports "Super Users" to provide a way of vetting
concerns and supporting local offices with "how to" questions about the CRM
tool.

·         Follows appropriate Corporate application and infrastructure
standards and policies while undertaking the above activities. Ability to
negotiate current policies if they do not meet the needs of the local
markets.

·         Works very closely with CRM process owners and analysts in the
regional sites as well as those in International and Corp HQ. Provide
end-user, super-user and management.
·         Familiar with the sales and marketing requirements of a global CRM
system.

  Below skills are common and any BA irrespective of domain knowledge should
possess this

*Ability to effectively elicit and document requirements for easy
understanding/ confirmation from business and IT Stakeholders. Includes
experience with use cases, UML, wireframes and/or RUP like deliverables
*Large project experience  preferably in a matrixed role with Project
Management, Development, QA and Deployment all being separate functions.
*Experience documenting Business Intelligence/Analytics requirements
*Proficient with Microsoft Project and Visio a plus
*Experience with application development methodologies (waterfall, agile and
scrum)
*Strong understanding of system development life cycle
*Experience creating application prototypes using HTML, PowerPoint or other
prototyping tools ..
*Experience with development tools like (Java, j...@ee, Portal development and
JSP) a plus
*Experience writing SQL database queries
*Domain experience in CRM, Workflow, Managed Market (Commercial,
Institutional, Govt. pricing etc..)
*Strong facilitation skills and excellent written and verbal communications
