*Please send references me also.* * * * Title: Sr. MY SQL DBA* *Location: Bloomington IL* *Duration: Long term Contract* * * DBA for MySQL / PostGreSQL for Trac/Redmine/Sonar, Backup, Restore, Tuning, High availability This team performs test work associated with client's Data/Voice Network. Team members are responsible for providing test direction and leadership, completion of test processes, documentation, test case development and execution of test cases. They will perform as project team members and may be asked to complete additional tasks based on skill set and availability. This individual will be tasked with completion of test tasks within a set timeline and responsible for driving test tasks to completion. They will work with other members of the test team and the technical analysts supporting the products. Additionally, they will be asked to develop and manage test environments for the projects/efforts that they are assigned. The analyst must have experience with the following: Design, building and testing these specific products from Cisco in a large (2000 seats or more) multi-site contact center environment: UCCE (ICM, IP IVR, and CTIOS), CVP, CUCM Automation of call flows and test scenarios with the products listed above: TOD, DOW, LAA, % Routing, Multi-site Test Case development from Use Cases, Call Flow diagrams, Technical Requirements The analyst should have experience with Contact Center Metrics and Analytics such as Workforce Management. Additional adjunct products such as Voice Recognition, natural speech and CTI integration is preferred.
