We are looking for a senior level BA who can hit the ground running. 2. Must have Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac experience. 3. Ability to work in a fast paced, often high stress environment is required. 4. This BA must have the ability to pour through lots of documents daily to gather information. 5. Excellent requirement writing is required. 6. They do not want “A talker”. 7. Ability to listen is critical. 8. They judge “a talker on phone screen.” 9. Answers need to be thorough, yet succinct. 10. Manager requested excellent communication skills. *Position Responsibilities: * 1. Serve as a liaison between user group(s) and technical team 2. Define and document business requirements for ongoing system enhancement initiatives 3. Create and execute system test plans 4. Provide on-site application expertise to assist user base with application problem resolution 5. Identify business opportunities and develop recommendations/drive solutions for application improvement opportunities 6. Provide project/task management support as required 7. Develop subject matter expertise in the areas of treasury and capital markets. Assist the business in the identification and adoption of operational best practice. *Selection Criteria:* 1. 4 year college degree preferred 2. Ability to work closely with users and technical team 3. Knowledge of industry standard business analysis techniques. 4. Object oriented analysis preferred 5. Experience in use case business analysis techniques 6. 2-4 years of business analysis experience 7. Familiarity with Microsoft .Net platform and large data sets a plus 8. Excellent computer skills, including experience with Visio 9. Very strong analytical skills 10. Effective verbal and written communication skills 11. Ability to grasp concepts quickly 12.
