Position: Oracle Functional Support Analyst
Location: Wayne, PA
Duration: 6 months
Job Requirement:
a.. Oracle Functional Support Analyst to support a major Oracle Applications
footprint centered on Oracle Lease Management (OLM).
b.. RESPONSIBILITIES
c.. Oracle Applications Support
d.. Troubleshoot / Analyze reported system issues to provide quality
production support for the Live Oracle Application System.
e.. Respond to critical production issues that need immediate turnaround.
f.. Work with business users to understand reported issues and provide
relevant solution through technical changes or workarounds.
g.. Create / modify functional designs to address production support issues.
h.. Provide clear instructions to technical team for developing appropriate
solutions.
i.. Perform comprehensive testing to test the technical and configuration
changes needed to address Oracle production support issues.
j.. Create, maintain, and manage Technical Assistance Requests (TARs) for
issues with standard Oracle product.
Experience:
a.. 5+ years experience with Oracle e-Business Suite, particularly the Oracle
financial modules including OLM (preferred), AR, AP, FA and GL
b.. Prior experience in full Life-cycle Oracle system implementation is
strongly desired.
c.. Experience in the Financial Services industry a plus.
d.. Technical/Functional skills and knowledge:
e.. Skilled in financial reporting development
f.. Knowledge of Oracle reporting capabilities: standard reports, Application
Desktop Integrator.
g.. Experience in setting up multiple operating units, multiple sets of
books, and international configuration (multi-currency, multi-language setups)
is a plus.
h.. Experience with Oracle Workflow.
i.. Experience with automated testing tools, such as Mercury's TestDirector.
j.. Excellent troubleshooting skills required.
k.. Extensive knowledge of Oracle technical troubleshooting tools like TOAD,
SQL*Navigator or SQL*Plus required.
l.. Excellent communication skills required.
m.. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
