This position will have the primary responsibility for designing and driving
the development of the Lenovo Global Services spare parts management
solution. You will serve as the subject matter expert for the Lenovo Global
Services organization and work closely with the Services global business
operations teams to understand Lenovo's spare parts management strategy.
You will be responsible for defining and documenting the detailed process
flows and technical requirements to then work directly with the technical
teams (both local and off-shore) through blueprint, development, and
realization of the I/T solution(s).



*Strong candidates will possess 7+ years experience with SAP Material
Management*, Fulfillment, and Planning. Candidates should have experience
with integration to 3rd party suppliers. This person must be able to manage
complexity and deal with ambiguity.  This candidate will also have strong
skills and knowledge around application software, complex problem solving,
and a proven track record of meeting objectives. The ideal candidate will
possess experience in multiple SAP implementations specific to Service Parts
and Warehouse Management.  The candidate should bring industry experience
and knowledge of "best practices".

This position will have the primary responsibility for driving the IT
requirements and design to support Lenovo Global Services sales initiatives
to include areas of warranty and service upgrades, service contracts, spare
parts, and professional services. You will work directly with the Lenovo
Global Services Marketing and Business Transformation teams to transform
strategic business initiatives to IT solutions.



*Strong candidates will possess 7+ years experience with sales*,
opportunity, and contract management.  Candidates will have 5+ years
experience within business transformation and/or IT. This candidate will
also have strong skills and knowledge around application software, complex
problem solving, and a proven track record of meeting objectives. The ideal
candidate will possess experience in multiple SAP implementations specific
to Sales and/or Opportunity and Contract Management.  The candidate should
bring industry experience and knowledge of "best practices" in Sales and
Marketing.

Services Financial Lead SAP:

This position will serve as the subject matter expert for the Lenovo Global
Services Business Transformation organization specific to Finance and
Organizational structure in support of Services sales, spare parts
management, service delivery, and contract management.  You will be
responsible for defining and documenting the detailed process flows and
technical requirements to then work directly with the technical teams (both
local and off-shore) through blueprint, development, and realization of the
I/T solution(s).



*Strong candidates will possess 7+ years experience with SAP FI/CO*.

Candidates should have experience specifically with Services Financial
management including Services revenue recognition, cost allocation, partner
payment, and tax. This person should demonstrate extensive knowledge of SAP
Financial Org Structure design and setup.  The ideal candidate will possess
experience in multiple complex global SAP implementations.  The candidate
should bring industry experience and knowledge of "best practices".

Service Contact Center Lead SAP/CRM):

This position will have the primary responsibility for designing and driving
the development of the Lenovo Global Services Contact Center solutions. You
will serve as the subject matter expert for the Lenovo Global Services
organization and work closely with the Services global business operations
teams to understand Lenovo's call center support strategy.  You will be
responsible for defining and documenting the detailed process flows and
technical requirements to then work directly with the technical teams (both
local and off-shore) through blueprint, development, and realization of the
I/T solution(s).



*Strong candidates will possess 7+ years experience with SAP CRM Call
Centerand must be familiar with IVR & CTI technologies. This person
must be able
to manage complexity and deal with ambiguity.  This candidate will also have
strong skills and knowledge around application software, complex problem
solving, and a proven track record of meeting objectives. The ideal
candidate will possess experience in multiple SAP implementations specific
to Services call center, delivery, and support function.  The candidate
should bring industry experience and knowledge of call center "best
practices". CRM 7 is HIGHLY preferred*
