QA Test Analyst 3+ months possible extensions Downingtown, PA 19335 Currently seeking an experienced tester for our client within the cable industry. 3+ months contract with possible extensions in Downingtown, PA. Description: Contribute to PE QA strategic statement of work (SSOW) and work plan (with high-level dates and tasks) to be integrated with the overall project plan *Develop test cases and expected results in HPQC Create test data (as needed) Stage test environment (as needed) Execute planned QA test cases Participate in defect remediation activities Publish testing results Develop and maintain HPQC issues log from PE QA *Support the development team with fixes and issue resolution Requirements: *Hands-on preferred but general understanding of one or more of the following concepts; - ETV / ITV / EBIF applications, architecture or specific components. - Switched Digital Video. - Video on Demand / Content on Demand operations, architecture or specific components. - Video Transport and/or streaming - Ad-insertion technologies. - HFC / RF transmission or delivery concepts.
