*Title : Essbase/Hyperion Financial Report Developer Location : NYC Duration : 6+Months Start date : Immediate Candidate must be Local and in the NY, NJ area. * *Job Description: *Define and document reporting requirements and discuss with end users to get sign-off Develop reports using Hyperion Financial Reporting (FR) module Perform unit testing of reports developed, including data integrity checks Interact with end users to get them to perform User Acceptance Testing and follow up to get sign-off Provide suggestions / advice to end users in streamlining reports and making it more efficient Interact with IT on explaining any technical issues with the FR module during report development process Leverage knowledge of FR module to provide suggestions on how to best build a report in FR and come up with workaround solutions for complex reports Train end users on running the new reports Interact with users to define reporting requirements and develop reports according to user requirements/specs. Responsible for developing and testing reports and working with users to test and fix issues with new reports. *Qualifications:* Hyperion Financial Reporting module and Essbase training and several years of experience in building reports using these applications / modules. Need resources who really know how to develop reports using the Hyperion FR module. who can work on their own without a lot of supervision, think creatively about how to design and develop reports to satisfy user requirements, and ensure the utmost quality of the work product.
