*Duration:* *6 months Contract* *REQUIRED SKILLS:* ASP.NET, C#, XML, XSL, SQL SERVER, Agile *Job Description: * The *Sr. Application Developer* is responsible for software design and development in implementing system requirements and technical specifications; Perform design and source code review. Perform unit testing and dev testing. Providing technical supervision to junior to mid level developers; preparing technical and other project documentation; performing other duties as required to ensure that products or features meet requirements and quality standards. And lead a small development team in design, coding, testing and maintaining activities. Primary skills required for the position include: · Ability to lead a small development team in design, coding, testing and maintaining activities. Ability to plan and manage the software development and release of the new version of a company software through the software development life cycle · Expert in building web enabled applications using ASP.Net. with C# · Expert in database programming with MS SQL Server · In depth understanding of Microsoft .NET framework · Expert in object-oriented programming · Experience with XML and XSLT. · Demonstrated team work experience, ability to work effectively as member of a team with minimal guidance · Demonstrated design, analytical and problem solving abilities · Working experience with Service Oriented Architecture environment and application · Excellent written and verbal communications skills · Experience using Visual Studio or Team System · Experience with developing WinForm/desktop application or other rich client application a plus · Experience with O/R mapping software such as NHibernate a plus *Education and Experience:* · Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline. · Minimum 2 years experience in Object Orientated Programming. · Minimum 5 years of in-depth web application and database programming experience · Experience with developing large scale web application a plus · Experience with healthcare application or data processing and analyses a plus. · Experience in software development life cycle and structured systems development methodologies.
