Thank you Bob 646 461-6238 Location: Toledo, OH Role: Identify, investigate, evaluate, design or enhance new or existing business processes to meet strategic and tactical business objectives, improve operational efficiency, profitability, and increase revenues. Propose compelling solution approaches, explain concepts and benefits to diverse IT and business audiences. Leverage existing implemented enterprise software solutions, including commercial off the shelf packages and purchased components that are integrated with other systems and in-house developed applications, to provide additional capabilities that are aligned to the business, are supportable, and effective. Lead development, testing, and implementation teams of new and updated business processes using Betco's project management methodology. Responsibilities: Serve as the authority on business processes and data in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Financial / Sales reporting (eProfet) Continuously identify new opportunities for improved efficiencies, cost reduction or revenue enhancement. Identify, evaluate and formally recommend third party software and technology packages and services, if applicable. Develop design specifications that map business requirements into end-to-end process flows or operational solutions. Articulate risks, assumptions, and costs for proposed solutions. Devise technical specifications, and develop modifications to the software when necessary. Develop test plans and lead in the testing. Communicates and trains users on solutions when necessary. Improve business processes and support critical business strategies by leading project planning, software development, process implementation, and maintenance of business applications systems. Lead the data and requirements analysis, design, implementation and planning process. Perform hands-on tasks as required, typically in areas of high complexity and requiring advanced understanding of business processes, Betco applications, and analysis techniques. Activities: - Evaluate analytically and systematically problems of existing work flows, organization and planning and develop appropriate corrective action(s). Evaluate implications of any solutions on existing infrastructure, applications, and other business processes. - Identify, assess, and present options for meeting functional and technical requirements of proposed business process changes, including hardware and software updates or upgrades. - Perform project feasibility and gap analyses for proposed solutions. - Translate business process requirements into detailed design specifications that include system use cases, system test plans, etc. as required. Ensure related solutions are technically sound, expertly designed and follow defined standards. - Facilitate design meetings with users and stakeholders. Act as a user/IT Liaison in planning system design and modifications. - Lead project planning process, including development of detailed project plans and monitoring of project progress against timelines, budget, and business requirements. - Actively participate in the implementation of pilots of new software applications and infrastructure. - Perform data analysis and specify data transformation between and within integrated systems in response to changing business requirements - Collaborate in the development of policies, standards and guidelines that result in program change management process. - Respond to ad-hoc requests for analysis of complex business questions, data structures, or analysis techniques requiring advanced understanding of business processes, Betco applications, and analysis techniques. - Provide advanced troubleshooting assistance on business process and data flow issues. - Perform other duties as requested or assigned. - Perform administration, maintenance and extension and development for SQL Reporting Services, FRx, SolidWorks, Excel SSAS services (Powerpivot) - Perform administration, maintenance and extension and development for eProfet (eProInfoPortal, eProManager and MaxQ Vision). - Perform administration, maintenance and extension and development for Microsoft's CRM application and associated mailing lists, barcode mailings, locator.
